Shipping

Son of a Pit, Inc ( SOAP Inc) ships products Monday – Thursday to the contiguous 48 states (except for the subscription dog food service). Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 days after the order has been received. However, during holiday season please allow up to 10-14 for processing and shipping. Orders made online after Friday at 12:00pm noon through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Depending on your location and to keep our costs low to customers, SOAP, Inc. ships packages through FedEx and USPS.

Free Shipping for all orders over $75

Qualifying orders that are $75 or more at the subtotal level after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes ship via standard delivery for free. This is automatically applied to your order. All orders under $75 ship for a flat rate $7.99 ground shipping. Restrictions apply and will be noted during Checkout.

Express Shipping Options

Express shipping options are available including FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx 2Day® costs $23.99 and FedEx Standard Overnight costs $35.99. However, these orders are still subject to processing time and do not ship Friday – Sunday.



Returns

To make an return, please contact customer service at 1-(844) 762-7279 or email at customerservice@sonofapit.com. Returns must be processed within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise.

Son of a Pit,Inc. is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Son of a Pit, Inc. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.

 

Toy Replacement Guarantee

If your dog destroys any toy sent within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, simply take a picture and email it to Toys@sonofapit.com along with your account number and email address for review. If the toy qualifies for a replacement, we ship you a new toy FOR FREE!
